Ingredients:

• 3 pounds extra lean ground beef
• 6 eggs
• 3 cups chard (frozen)
• 3 cups cooked brown rice
• 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
• 1 tablespoon ground eggshell (calcium supplement)
• 3 tablespoons ground flax
• 6 krill oil capsules
• 1/2 scoop Ultimate Canine Health Formula supplement

Instructions:

1. Cook the ground beef in a pan, draining excess fat.
2. Add eggs to the cooked beef and mix well.
3. Incorporate frozen chard into the beef and egg mixture.
4. Mix in the cooked brown rice.
5. Add sunflower oil for healthy fats.
6. Include ground eggshell for calcium supplementation.
7. Mix in ground flax for additional nutrients.
