Heat oil in a pan and add a generous amount of salt to sweat it down.
Add ground beef, brown it, then add homemade taco seasoning (onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, oregano, paprika, chipotle chili powder).
Add fresh minced cilantro, starch, and water to create a flavorful taco meat.
Mix Mexican crema, sour cream, taco sauce, and the same seasonings used earlier to make a sauce.
Fry tortillas in oil until they start to crisp, then flip and add cheese.
Fill one half of the tortilla with the ground meat, fold, and toast.
Stuff with onions and cilantro, generously dip in the sauce, and enjoy the crispy beef tacos.
