Crunchy Smashed Potatoes with Gojujang Yogurt Sauce (Original video)
Ingredients:
Teeny tiny potatoes
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of gojujang
1 tablespoon of chives
1 cup of low-fat yogurt
Lime zest
Lime juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
Instructions:
Cook teeny tiny potatoes until fork-tender but not overcooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Gojujang Yogurt Sauce by mixing gojujang, chives, low-fat yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar in a bowl.
Place the cooked potatoes on a tray and smash them gently. Bake in a 425-degree oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the crunchy smashed potatoes with the Gojujang Yogurt Sauce drizzled on top. Enjoy the crispy texture and flavorful sauce!
