1 1/2 cups warm water (about 120 degrees Fahrenheit)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine bread flour, instant yeast, and kosher salt. Stir together using a wooden spoon.
Add warm water gradually while stirring until a dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or refrigerate overnight (up to 24 hours).
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with a Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes.
Shape the dough by flipping and rotating it in the bowl to create a smooth finish.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface, shape it into a loaf, and let it rest for 10-30 minutes.
Cut a 1/4 inch deep slit on top of the dough to control baking.
Carefully place the dough into the preheated Dutch oven and bake covered for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy your freshly baked artisan bread!
