Apple cider
Whole grain mustard

Instructions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Preheat a skillet on high heat and add oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
Sear the pork chops in the hot skillet until they develop a nice crust on both sides. Cook to an internal temperature of around 125 degrees Fahrenheit.
Deglaze the pan with these ingredients, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan to incorporate into the sauce.
Finish the sauce with a knob of butter, fresh thyme, and adjust seasoning as needed.
Plate the cooked pork chops and top with the apple pan sauce. Serve and enjoy!
