In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken pieces in the mixture.

In a saucepan, heat sweet chilli sauce until warm.
Once the chicken is cooked, toss it in the sweet chilli sauce until well coated.
Serve the crispy sweet chilli chicken hot and enjoy!
