Add chicken and stir fry until partially cooked, then set aside.
Add rice to the pot, pour in mushroom water, remaining sauce mixture, water, sliced mushrooms, chicken, and sausages.
Cover the pot and set to high heat until water boils, then switch to low heat.
Leave on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions and fresh chillies before serving.
