Wash and cube the russet potatoes. Dry them completely and season with paprika and garlic seasoning. Bake at 420°F for 30 minutes.
Sauté the chopped vegetables in a pan. Add ground beef, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and onion powder. Cook until the beef is browned.
Divide the beef mixture into seven servings.
Spread pizza sauce on the bottom of each bowl.
Top with the baked potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and beef mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the oven at 400°F for 28 minutes.
