Clean the quail and marinate with crushed ginger, salt, and white wine. Soak in fresh milk, then steam for 10 minutes.
Prepare a marinade with oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce, seasoning powder, paprika chili powder, pepper, onion and garlic water, and garlic oil. Marinate the quail for 30 minutes.
Skewer the quail and fry in hot oil with margarine until browned. Remove skewers and drizzle melted butter on the quail skin.
Serve with cucumber, coriander, raw vegetables, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
