In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and olive oil. Massage the mixture into the salmon fillets and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
In a pan, cook ground beef with Cajun seasoning and celery seed until browned.
Preheat grill to high heat, then reduce to medium. Grill salmon fillets for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Serve salmon with dirty rice and enjoy!
