Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and fry 1 chopped onion until golden brown.
Add 4 cloves of lightly fried garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika powder. Stir.
Mix 1.7 cups of tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Add to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in 1.7 cups of broth or water and bring to a boil.
Add 0.5 lb of raw penne pasta and cook for approximately 10 minutes.
Drain the oil from 2 cans of tuna and add the tuna to the pasta.
Add chopped parsley and 4.5 oz of Greek yogurt. Mix well.
