Slice the chicken breast into cubes and season with soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
Cook the chicken on medium heat until golden brown.
Turn off the heat and add honey, then mix until the chicken is nice and sticky. Set the chicken aside.
In the same pan, add onion and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cooked rice, followed by more soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the chicken back into the pan and mix everything together.
Garnish with green onion.
Divide into four equal servings and enjoy!
