Ingredients:
Fermented soybeans
Rice
Raw egg yolk
Instructions:
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Heat fermented soybeans in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm.
Serve warm fermented soybeans over rice.
Add a raw egg yolk on top of the soybeans and rice.
Mix the egg yolk into the soybeans and rice before eating.
