Chop 2 large potatoes (500 grams) and pour cold water over them. Boil potatoes until soft.
In a bowl, mix parsley, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Dip the boiled potatoes in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Remove excess oil with paper towels.
