Three pieces of boneless chicken thighs with the skin on
2 and 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 and 1/2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of white pepper
1/2 tablespoon of five spice powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions:
Mix together soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper, five spice powder, sugar, and minced garlic. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Place the chicken in an air fryer or on a sheet tray with the skin side facing up.
Cook in a convection oven at 420-425°F for 20-25 minutes until the skin is crispy and the chicken is juicy.
