Garlic Butter and Cheese Pull Apart Focaccia Rolls (Original video)
Ingredients:
Same day focaccia dough
Garlic butter
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Mix up a batch of same day focaccia dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grate the garlic butter and fold it into the dough during two sets of stretch and folds. Let it rest for about an hour to an hour and a half.
Brush some garlic butter onto a clean work surface, tip the dough out onto it, stretch it to the size of the tray, and cut it into 15 pieces. Place them into the tray and let them rise for about an hour to an hour and a half.
Grate some cheese, scatter over mozzarella and Parmesan, dimple it in, and par bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add more cheese, and finish baking until golden brown.
