In a saucepan, whisk together eggs, sugar, corn starch, milk, butter, and vanillin. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool completely.
Layer the cooled mixture with cookies soaked in milk and instant coffee in a serving dish.
Whip the sweetened cream and spread it over the cookie layer.
Grate dark chocolate over the top.
Refrigerate the pudding for 2-3 hours before serving.
