Coffee Tiramisu Pudding (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 70 g sugar
• 45 g corn starch
• 500 ml milk
• 25 g butter
• Vanillin
• 200 ml sweetened cream
• Milk
• 1 spoonful instant coffee
• Cookies
• Dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, whisk together eggs, sugar, corn starch, milk, butter, and vanillin. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool completely.
3. Layer the cooled mixture with cookies soaked in milk and instant coffee in a serving dish.
4. Whip the sweetened cream and spread it over the cookie layer.
5. Grate dark chocolate over the top.
6. Refrigerate the pudding for 2-3 hours before serving.
