Chicken Christopher (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Chicken breast
• Flour
• Eggs
• Breadcrumbs
• Olive oil
• Butter
• Shallot
• White wine vinegar
• White wine or vermouth
• Garlic
• Lemon zest
• Salt
• Pepper
• Parsley

Instructions:

1. Pound chicken breast to thin it out, then dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
3. In a separate pan, sauté shallots, add white wine vinegar, white wine or vermouth, and reduce the liquid.
4. Off the heat, whisk in cold butter gradually to create a creamy sauce, adding garlic and lemon zest.
5. Serve the chicken with the sauce and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
