Egg Bacon Toast (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• Bacon (100g)
• 2 slices of bread
• 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 6 tablespoons of milk
• Cooking oil
• 30g soft butter
• 1.5 tablespoons of honey
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 1-1.5 teaspoons of minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon of parsley
• 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce
• 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt, and milk. Cook on low heat with cooking oil until soft.
2. Cook bacon in a pan until crispy.
3. Prepare the Butter Garlic Sauce, Condensed Milk & Mayonnaise Sauce, and Sriracha Sauce.
4. Toast the bread slices and apply Butter Garlic Sauce on one side.
5. Place the toast in the pan with the sauce side down.
6. Apply the sweet sauce on half of the toast and the spicy sauce on the other half.
7. Add cheese, bacon, and egg on the toast.
8. Drizzle with Condensed Milk & Mayonnaise Sauce.
9. Garnish with parsley.
10. Serve in a square bowl for presentation.
