Add in the green onion, scotch bonnet pepper, and thyme. Cook for about 30 seconds.
Add in the ground beef little by little and cook until it is nice and gray with no more pink color.
Add in the paprika, curry powder, ground pepper, salt, and breadcrumbs. Mix it all together.
Add in 4 tablespoons of water and let it simmer until it is nice and thick.
Add in 2 tablespoons of ketchup and mix it all together.
Roll out the dough and make four patties.
Add the ground beef filling to the center of each patty and use your finger to close it.
Use a fork to add some design and seal it some more.
Make an egg wash by mixing one egg with a little bit of water.
Brush the egg wash on the patties.
Bake the patties on 350 for 20 minutes.
Let the patties cool and enjoy!
