Baked Oats with Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter (Original video)
Ingredients:
Oats
Banana
Egg
Maple syrup
Peanut butter or almond butter
Baking powder
Sea salt
Almond milk
Cinnamon
Chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a blender, combine oats, banana, egg, maple syrup, peanut butter or almond butter, baking powder, sea salt, almond milk, and cinnamon. Blend until the oats are completely blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Drizzle some peanut butter on top and serve. Enjoy!
