In a baking dish, layer thin slices of tomato at the bottom.
Add crumbled feta cheese, red and green peppers in medium chunks, and grated gruyere cheese on top of the tomatoes.
Place more slices of tomato on the top layer.
Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle with oregano.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with sourdough or PA bread as a perfect starter. Enjoy!
