Taco Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 lbs macaroni noodles
- 3.5 oz taco seasoning
- 12 oz mello or water
- 1 jar beria cooking sauce
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup flour
- 5 cups heavy whipping cream
- 5 cups Mexican style cheese
- 1 lb Fontina cheese
- 1 white onion
- 1/4 bundle cilantro
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 cups cheddar Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Boil water and cook 2 lbs of ground beef.
- Cook macaroni noodles until al dente, then strain.
- In the same pot, melt butter, add flour, then heavy whipping cream. Stir in Mexican style cheese and Fontina cheese until melted.
- Add in onion, cilantro, and jalapenos.
- Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce, then top with taco seasoning, Mexican style cheese, cheddar Monterey Jack cheese, and jalapenos.
- Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
