In a bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, fresh cracked black pepper, diced tomatoes, pickles, and caramelized onions to make the burger sauce.
Griddle sliced onions and mix cheddar and Greer cheese.
Toast brioche buns and season with salt.
Sear the patties for two minutes and add cheese.
Assemble the burger with the flame sauce on the bottom, tomato, butter lettuce, patty, half-moon onion, and cheese and onion mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
