Quadruple Garlic Burger

Ingredients
- 3 whole bulbs of garlic
- Olive oil
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 150g baked potato
- 650g flour
- 8g instant yeast
- 12g salt
- 80g sugar
- 1 large egg
- 70g melted butter
- 200g warm water
- 2 lbs chuck roast
- Salt and pepper
- American cheese slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Sesame seeds
- 1 cup Q Mayo
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Honey
- Chili oil
Instructions
- Roast garlic bulbs in foil with olive oil at 375°F for 40 minutes.
- Prepare squishy burger buns by mixing ingredients, proofing, shaping, and baking at 400°F for 17 minutes.
- Process chuck roast in a food processor to make ground beef, shape into patties, season with salt and pepper, and sear in a pan.
- Make special garlic sauce by blending Q Mayo, lemon juice, fried garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, sriracha, minced garlic, honey, chili oil.
- Assemble the burger: bun, garlic sauce, patties, cheese, pickles, ketchup, more garlic sauce, top bun.
- Optionally, use leftover buns to make garlic grilled cheese sandwiches with garlic sauce and American cheese.
