In a large bowl, combine avocado oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, and Italian herb paste to make a marinade.
Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon into a separate bowl and mix in garlic and herb all-purpose seasoning.
Toss the lamb chops in the lemon juice mixture until well coated. Marinate for about an hour.
Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb chops on both sides for a few minutes.
Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet. Baste the lamb chops with the mixture.
If needed, transfer the lamb chops to a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven until they reach your desired temperature.
Serve the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lamb chops before serving. Enjoy!
