Grate the boiled potatoes and mix with 1 can of canned tuna, 1 grated onion, 1 grated carrot, chopped spring onions, salt, black pepper, 1 egg, 100 grams of cheese, and 4 tablespoons of flour.
Form the mixture into portions, coat with flour, and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown on both sides.
