Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 1 shallot
• 5 cloves of garlic
• Fresh thyme
• Broccoli
• 2 chicken breasts
• Seasoning blend
• Fettuccine
• Salt
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 2 cups of heavy cream
• Freshly shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Dice the shallot, mince the garlic, and chop the fresh thyme. Prep the broccoli and steam it.
2. Butterfly the chicken breasts, season with a blend, and sear in a hot cast iron pan. Set aside.
3. Boil fettuccine in salted water.
4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté shallots, thyme, and garlic until translucent. Add the seasoning blend.
5. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
6. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce, then mix in steamed broccoli and pasta water.
7. Let everything come together and serve.
