Heat oil and clarified butter in a pressure cooker.
Add crushed ginger, garlic, and green chillies, black peppercorns, cloves, and black cardamom.
Add sliced onions and cook until brown.
Add coriander powder and cook for a minute.
Add the marinated mutton and pour enough water to cover it.
Cook until the mutton is 90% cooked.
In a separate pan, add oil and heat it.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, degi red chilli powder, and chopped tomatoes.
Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Add the mixture to the pressure cooker and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with crushed dry fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
