Ingredients
- Beef pot roast
- Beef Bouillon Cube
- Hot water
- Carrots
- Swede
- Cabbage
- Broccoli
- Bacon potatoes
- Duck fat
- Plain flour
- Milk
- Eggs
- Butter
- Salt
- White pepper
- Gravy granules
Instructions
- Dissolve beef bouillon cube in hot water and pour over the beef pot roast in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
- Prepare Yorkshire pudding batter by mixing plain flour, milk, eggs, salt. Refrigerate the batter for a few hours.
- Roast bacon potatoes slowly. Prepare mashed potatoes by mixing boiled potatoes with butter, milk, salt, and white pepper.
- Preheat oven with duck fat for Yorkshire puddings. Fill muffin tins with batter and bake until risen and crispy.
- Slice the beef, warm up the vegetables, and prepare gravy using gravy granules and water.
- Serve slow-cooked beef with mashed potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire puddings, and gravy. Enjoy the comforting Sunday dinner.
