Ingredients:

• Diced red pepper
• Onions
• Salt
• Ajvar (roasted red pepper spread)
• Pasta water
• Heavy cream
• Flour
• Spices
• Fresh parsley
• Penne pasta

Instructions:

1. Sauté diced red pepper and onions with a teaspoon of salt.
2. Add ajvar, pasta water, heavy cream, and a flour mixture to create a rich base.
