In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and blended cottage cheese.
Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough.
Spoon batter into donut baking sheet molds.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar glazes separately.
Dip cooled donuts in glazes and enjoy!
