Season diced chicken breast with preferred seasonings and olive oil. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
Remove cooked chicken from heat and mix in honey and reduced sugar or sugar-free BBQ sauce.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a pan on medium heat, combine fat-free evaporated milk, light cream cheese, and chicken stock powder. Add light cheddar cheese and mix until smooth.
Add cooked and drained pasta to the cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.
Divide the honey BBQ chicken and mac and cheese into 4 equal servings and enjoy!
