In a large baking dish, mash up the ripe banana with a fork.
Crack one egg into the dish and add a drizzle of honey and some peanut butter. Mix well.
Add the milk and mix again.
Add in the walnuts, dried cranberries, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix everything together.
Optional: add sliced bananas on top for a nice presentation.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Once done, let it cool and store in the fridge for the whole week.
