Brown Butter Scrambled Eggs (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Three to five eggs
• A knob of butter
• Creme fraiche

Instructions:

1. Melt a knob of butter in a pan until it turns a lovely roasted brown color.
2. Once the butter is browned, take it off the heat and add the cracked eggs.
3. Stir the eggs off the heat until they reach your desired level of doneness.
4. Serve with a dollop of creme fraiche for added creaminess.
