In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs, then gradually mix in 1 cup of rum and 1/2 cup of rye whiskey.
Once smooth, add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of unwhipped cream or milk.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Transfer the mixture into a sealable vessel and leave it standing overnight in the refrigerator with the lid slightly ajar.
Serve after aging for 2 to 3 weeks in the cold. Enjoy responsibly!
