Coleslaw ingredients: white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise
Instructions:
Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Set aside.
Cut the sausages into chunks and fry until browned. Set aside.
Prepare coleslaw by mixing white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, and a splash of milk.
Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
Layer the cooked onions, sausages, and egg mixture in the baking dish.
Add sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake at 180°C (gas mark 5) for 20-25 minutes or until set.
Serve with coleslaw and salad. Enjoy!
