Blend the roasted onions into a paste.
Heat oil with whole spices in a pan, then add garlic ginger paste and the onion paste.
Add chicken and cook until coated, then stir in tomato paste.
Pour in water gradually, add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and tamarind paste.
Simmer until desired consistency, then stir in coriander.
Remove whole spices before serving.
