In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped onion. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish with frozen tater tots.
Spread the seasoned chicken evenly on top of the tater tots.
Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese and bacon pieces.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the casserole into six equal servings and portion them out.
Optionally, add sour cream on top before serving or portion it out for each day.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
