In a mixing bowl, combine oat flakes, baking powder, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold half of the egg whites into the oat mixture, then fold in the remaining half.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
