Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top of the butter.
Add a layer of reduced fat mozzarella on top of the seasoning.
Place the second tortilla on top of the cheese layer.
Repeat the process of butter, seasoning, and cheese on top of the second tortilla.
Place the tortilla stack in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute.
Cut into slices and serve hot.
