In a blender cup, combine media Crema, Carnation evaporated milk, Laeta sweetened condensed milk, syrup from the canned fruit, vanilla extract, sour cream, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
Add the cream mixture to the bowl of fruit. Mix in grated coconut and chopped pecans until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
