Cover the potatoes with cold water, wash, and drain them.
Add potatoes to the grated chicken breast, season with salt and black pepper.
Mix in the egg, dried parsley, chopped onion, and spring onion.
Heat butter or olive oil in a pan, place half of the chicken and potatoes in the pan.
Sprinkle half of the cheese on top, then add the remaining potatoes and chicken.
Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then flip with a plate and cook for another 10 minutes.
