Peel and julienne carrots, slice zucchini and shiitake mushrooms.
Steam the veggies along with spinach and bean sprouts for about 7 minutes, seasoning with salt.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
In a bowl, add microwavable or fresh rice, steamed veggies, drained tuna, fried egg, seaweed, and the sauce.
Mix well and enjoy your Tuna Bibimbap.
