High Protein Honey Garlic Butter Chicken Mac and Cheese (Original video)
Ingredients:
Chicken breast, cubed
Salt
Black pepper
Chilli flakes
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Olive oil
Butter
Honey
Parsley
Garlic cloves
Low fat milk
Light cream cheese
Low fat cheddar cheese
Macaroni
Instructions:
Slice the chicken into cubes and season with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and olive oil. Mix well.
Cook the seasoned chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Lower the heat, add butter, garlic, honey, and parsley to the chicken. Mix well and set aside.
In the same pan, cook garlic for 2 minutes, then add low fat milk, light cream cheese, and additional seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Add low fat cheddar cheese and continue stirring on low heat until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well.
Serve the creamy chicken mac and cheese and enjoy your high protein meal.
