Preheat oven. Prep onions and leeks by finely slicing.
In individual glass dishes, add 50 grams of pasta, pre-diced chicken breast, salt, pepper, lazy garlic, onions, leeks, and 150 ml of chicken stock. Mix well.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes, add peas, low-fat cream cheese, spinach, and top with mozzarella.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy the creamy, cheesy chicken and leek pasta!
