Broccoli (about 250 grams or 9 ounces without the stem)

Instructions:
Prep tofu: Cut tofu into cubes, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Optionally, coat with cornstarch and pan-fry until golden brown.
Prep broccoli: Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces, blanch for 1 minute, then shock in ice water.
Prep aromatics: Slice green onions, smash and chop garlic, finely chop ginger, and slice red chilies.
Make sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, Shaoxing wine, chicken bouillon powder, water, cornstarch, and MSG in a small container.
Assemble: Serve over rice, garnish with green onions, red chilies, and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
