In a slow cooker, place one pound of chicken breast, seasonings, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle Subway's roasted garlic aioli over the top. Cook on low for four hours.
Toast garlic bread in the oven until crispy.
Shred the cooked chicken and fill the garlic bread with it. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake the sandwiches for about five minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!
