Philly Cheese Steak Alfredo (Original video)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups of noodles
• 1 cup of heavy whipping cream or half and half
• Ribeye steak (thinly sliced)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
• Seasonings: garlic butter, garlic powder, Chipotle, roasted garlic, seasoned salt, black pepper
• 1 bell pepper
• 2 cups of homemade beef stock or 3 cups of chicken broth
• Onions
• 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
• 3 slices of pepper jack cheese
• 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions:

1. Thinly slice ribeye steak and season with garlic butter, garlic powder, Chipotle, roasted garlic, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
2. Cook the steak in olive oil or butter until done.
3. In a separate pan, sauté onions and bell peppers.
4. Prepare the creamy Alfredo sauce by combining heavy whipping cream, beef stock or chicken broth, mozzarella cheese, pepper jack cheese, and butter in a pan.
5. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
6. Mix cooked noodles with the cheese sauce.
7. Add the cooked steak to the noodles and sauce mixture.
8. Stir well to combine and serve hot. Enjoy!
