Heat butter in a pan, add onions and let them sweat.
Add ginger garlic paste, bell pepper, tomatoes, coriander leaves, Pav Bhaji Masala, salt, and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add a tablespoon of water, boiled green peas, boiled potatoes, and boiled rice. Mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and adjust salt to taste. Serve hot. Enjoy with raita or yogurt.
